At Great Spa Store, we also offer you 3 guarantees:

The first is that you have free technical service and maintenance for 2 years with our engineer (only after the first month it does not include shipping or parts, but it even covers accidents), and from the third year it includes discounted technical service.

The second guarantee is that we will replace it with a new unit in case of any manufacturing defect within the first month of your purchase.

The third guarantee is that you can even return it if you are not 100% satisfied and receive a 100% refund within the first 5 business days (provided the equipment is returned in optimal condition).
